I have been on my first indooortrack meeting!
And i can tell you one thing!
I WILL DIE!

Rules:
If you are failing you will get helt from that teacher until you are passing.
The bus leavs on time. You are not n the bus, then you are not at the meet.
If you are inured you still have to show up at practice
If you are not at practise then you dont run at the meet
If you miss enough practices then you will no longer be apart of this program
You pick one event you like. And we will compromise for the other two events
Responsibility and achievement is your own doing we ( coaches ) are just facilitators.
Abide by the district interscholastic code of conduct .


PRACTICE:
Starts at 3.15
Will be two hours long
Will not be easy
Will have music.....


Hmm. Practice EVERY DAY from November 9 TO February 4....
Without Christmas and the day after chrismas.. YEEEY!
And we have meetings on the weekends.
