i went to the wellness centre and it is my muscle in beside my bone as is wierd. B.C im not used to run a lot and that we started with a lots of running at the start of the track season. So, i have to go to a doctor on tuesday and get a presception?! spelling... And then the physical doctor will take care of me, and heal me! She said my mucle was really tight or something, so i shouldn't run now for a while. Idk if i can be on the bike cycle, i have to do something for my body.. Until i can start with my special traning with my teraphepht... Yeeey.........! Sounds im a retarded or something..

I was supposed to go to the meet today, but it was more important for me to go and check my leg.


Today i will go to Sara Toga with Lynn and Kait, their dog need a bath and we will go to the mall.. I love FOREVER21 though! =)

I liked it, it was so much fun!
... and a lots of people says that the christmas is the worse time for miss home, but i didnt, i mean it was worse at the beginning of thit year when i came here.
It was so much fun, i think we in sweden should open our presents in the morning too... =)
But i really missed: julkskinkan ( 'ala Calle ), JULMUSTEN, GLÖGGEN, and other swedish things. But the Julmust is the best though! =)

im just laying in my bed, trying to realice that my brother is gone when im back home.
i havent really recognized it until now, at ten a clock swedish christmas...
I am supposed to clean my room, or i started until i started to think about how it will be at home, i mean he is my brother, he have been there for me in 17 years...
and we are very close, and that isn't really a big thing to cry over, but im crying now..
weird.
even if we have bad times, example when i will sleep, and he playing so loud music and i get psychical attacks on him. that is the worse thing ever, or when he always came up to my room when i was sleeping and woked me up and i just jelled at him, and i had forgot that the next morning, when he is sad because i said a lots of bad words.

well, i have to think that he is an adult now, he has growed up!

But he is still my brother, even if he will move, and even i he isnt there when im back :( sad but true. true..

Finally the war is over, the year is April 14^th 1865, and the reconstruction is “bring the south back into the Union. Abraham Lincoln was a president as get killed of John Willie. Then the vice president Andrew Johnson becomes to the new president.
Andrew makes up the 13^th amendment to end the slavery. President Johnsons plan for the reconstruction of the south was he wanted the forgiving plan, like the same as Lincoln. He even wanted that the states could rejoin Union when they write a new constitution and repeal secession. The Congress establishes the Freedmen’s Bureau, they agency to help African Americans to move from slavery to a save freedom, they provided food and medical care to the black and the poor whites, and the congress even organized specific schools for the blacks. South passes the Black Codes, the Freedmen could now own property and get married BUT a big thing, and they couldn’t vote, serve on juries or bear guns. The radical Republicans wanted the Military rule of south until the southern states had constitutional convention, adopted the 14^th amendment as were the equal rights or allowed freedmen the suffrage. The Army returns to the south and they registered southerners to vote. The carpetbaggers’ was northerners who went to south to try to start new businesses, the southerners who had opposed secession and they wanted south punished.
1868 -1876 was the Blacks elected to the Congress from the South. Year 1869 was the 15^th amendment here and that stood for the right to vote for ALL, without womens BUT as Mr. Schneider always says, if he would have the rights to decide, everyone would have the rights to vote, for a long time ago.The end of reconstruction was when the southern withes took the right to vote away from the blacks. It was a new tax, called Poll Tax so you have to pay for a vote, and the Freedmen’s was poor so they couldn’t buy it because it was to expensive. You even had to go through a literary test, but to go through that you need to read and write, but the Freedmen’s was still poor so they couldn’t get that kind of education as they needed.Even a new law came up, Jim Crow Law that means a segregation of races, the white forbid the black from sharing faculties with them.

Today was three people from the army at the school. And i really want to join the Army in sweden when i've finish my school...
I don't wanna die, i just want to join it, then as everyone already know that i will be a cop, so after my life as the mility i will search to the polis school....

Last friday when we went home, i saw down the hill, two boys as started to fight, that did really hurt in me, in my heart, how sad it, how sad it is when peolpe can't communicate so they have to fight. To hurt each other. Thats so sad. And that makes me so angry. I could jump out from the car and go and tell them, but what hsould i say? "dont fight" no i think they would punch me though..

Well i will do so much in my life....  I have so many plans, so i hope i will be 200 years and still have my 17 years old body... With a liiiittle bit more muscles. Perfect.


That is important for me.. To do that kind of stuff. To help... To be there.... Show the difference between right and wrong.

I'm so happy, i talked just 2min with my lovely DAD!!!
I just had to call him, and that is soo cool that he is alive, i mean it feeels that i really CANT call him or anything, btut i did it, and he is actually alive! My little Daddie <3
I just had to tell him about the Gardasil shot, it was suppost to cost 200 $ to get ONE shot here ,the last one though. But in sweden would be free... So that was so weird.
BUT, i had the good news, my host mum called her doctor again, and the had just get in freee shots from somewhere, so its only will be 10 $..... I earn like 190 $ on that, or daddie earn it! =)
I knew that my dad was awake and i hope he went surprised..

Then other thing is, we had only one hour practice today, b.c of something in new jersey. And we dont have practice tomorrow or friday! IM SOOO HAPPPYYYY!!! BUT, we have practice this weekend, saturday 8-10 am and sunday 1-3 pm.. But i will go and christmas shopping, so I CAAAANT... To bad, or i will might go for one hour or something, ooooooor not...HEHEHEHE
And ON MONDAY, i cant go either, b.c my shot.. and the funny thing is!

On my gardasil shet from sweden they wrote i have to take it between 20 - 22nd december, and i take it 21nd. :O could it be more perfect?!

My coaches really likes me... They told me to run 600 metre next time! BUT NOOOWAY, i could do it if i could touch the rainbow.

Okey i have strained my hamstering again, that sucks! Its swollen and i can't even walk good  enough.
I was so tired at the way there, but it was the first time i had a ride in a yellow typical american schoobus!!!! :) HIHIHI!
I wanna cry, it hurts so bad :(
Well we went there at like 8.58 and when we walked in there, my coach asked who as have to started at like 2 min after we came, and i couldn't even warm up or anything, so i started and i was after another girl, and the other lap, i coudln't control myself, so i runned through the stopline and then i felt everything in slowmotion and i woked up at the floor,  i had past out...
I was at third place i think.

Then my coach tried to talk with me and he showed his fingers and asked me how many i saw and stuff... then i couldn't talk or anything i couldn't even walk...  so when i sat down there i just looked at one spot for like 30 min, and my coaches still tried to talk with me but i couldn't answer...
Well i was so lost in space, i know why i did that, this morning i couldn't eat brakefast so i runned on empty stommach.

Then after like one hour i had to throw the shotput, and i didnt do well, but the coaches told me that it is good to get over 20.... and i throw like 20.8 or something.

Somehow, after that i had like 2,5 hours rest, to my last event, 55 metre sprint... I wasn't warm  enough when i runned... :(
But i was pretty fast 55 metre on 8,48 sec.. But after i had runned that i couldn't walk so i tried to have a roll on thing on my leg, my coach told me.

So it is swollen and red and it hurts sooo bad... I have cried a lot today..

I HATE PAIN!

Okey at my indoor track was it something as happened! :)
We have three coaches and one is like an old army cheriff! haha, think about that and yes, like never a happy face or something. And he like telling us : good job ( with a straight face )
And after our sprintworkout, he came to me and told me that i was very good and fast, hihi, with a smile!!! and then he told the other coaches that and they came and told me that: Goood JOb Erica! and stuff, i became to be sooo HAPPY!!

Hihi, and i have learn me how to run!
I can really feeel a difference between how i am now and how i was before!
Omg that's soo cool! How a little bit training could do!

And then we had a stairs workout... Oh gosh, up and down x 10 then sprint to the other side, run downstairs, sprint a complicated way, and then you have like 5 min pause, and then you have to do everything 10 TIMES!!!

And at the last time, i had Deion as helped me, haha he pushed me with Swedish Tiger hahah, and then when i runned the last time, he runned to me and huged me and said good job! hehe!!! So cuuute though! 1

Then we walked and walked and i wanted to die, omg i was sooo TIRED!!! And the time is much now!!

now is the time 10 pm...

And i really want that guuuuy, im so desperate.... gosh!

Im alvie!

Oh gosh, i can start to talk about yesterday.. We went to JHS highschool at like 7.25 am. But I was actually not tired,  I was really spirited! ;)

The when we came there, if felt like I should go there for the rest of the year, and we walked to the room we should be in… Like our homeroom, well, then after we get our schedule we walked to the quire.

And the teacher there was really funny! He was like a teacher has to be, funny and funny! J

Well whatever, period 2 started our nightmare! Haha, okey not really. But it was really weird. I started to talk about Sweden, that we have almost 9 millions people, that we almost have the same weather, but it is more snow here, about sthlm and göteorg,  that we celebrating Lucia and the Midsummer…. In front of all the people in that class, and I tried to explain the grooooose fish we are eating on the Midsummer… Then that we are dancing around the three and we singing about small frogs, and dancing like them…  and about the flovers on 7 different meadows under your pillow…

And everyone laughed…. Yes, like that you have to know about Sweden!

It was Ting Ting, Tristan and I in the most of the groups, but in that other group it was Lukpad, Lynn and Sebastian… And tweice it was all of us…

And I can tell you something about their countries..

Thailands kings birthday is today, and it is actually their fathers day too, and if you want a massage of an elephant, you can get it, they don’t want to squice you, they could just crack your back…. Yummy, and their Bankok is sooooo long! I have to put it up so you can hear it SO much fun! I laughed everytime I heard it…

And the second  largest mal has 26 different floor, and I you have to take a train through those.

Hahahaha!

We had 7 different classes as we had to talk to!!!!!

Im good to talk in front of the class now… hehehe!

Then when the day finally was over, we could go home to our hostfamiles over the weekend, and spend hours here, Lynn and her host sister followed us home here. And we started to watch the lion king… Omg I love it!

Ten we went to a lightening of a big three on main street, boring!

Then we went home and we maked us ready for the pizza partyyyy!!! J

Yummy, we played pool and I was almost killed… Or I played ping pong ball and I should pick up the ball and when I stand up I just heard the ball catch the wall…. And I saw everyones faces, it was really like this =O  it was so close to hit my head, and it was so hard too, so im happy to be in life now!

And then, a guy he pretended his friend hit him with the stick, and then the other guy hold him in his arms, and then they hit the radiator on the wall, and he really got pain, that was so funny! I laughed so I cried… hahahahaha! :P But I felt bad for him anyway…

Then we went home with Lynn and her host sister here… and we slept at like 1 or something, lynn slept with me and we talked about weird stuff… hahaha, I don’t even remember what we talked about. We almost slept….

Today we went to an other party, haha, it was hunting treasure! That was so funny! Yeah but it was difficult though!

And now, im just sitting here, borrowing wireless from an neighbour! Pretty nice though! J
